Getting Started

If your web developer has asked "Does your CRM system have an open API?", the answer is YES. VaultRE provides an open API that any third party can connect with.

Why might you want to use the API?

  • You wish to capture enquiries/newsletter signups from your office website as a contact in your VaultRE account
  • You wish to display currently available listings from your VaultRE account on your website

Before your web developer can access the VaultRE API, they need to be registered as an approved integrator with VaultRE. Your web developer can fill out the registration form and we will be in touch.

Once we’ve added your web developer as an integrator, you need to grant them access to your account. To do so, access "Office Integrations" from the left hand menu, then click on "Third-Party Access".

From the dropdown, select the option for your web developer and click "Create Token".

The access token has now been created; provide this token to your web developer.

Note that at any time you can revoke the developer’s access to your account by clicking Delete on this token.
